Have you done "Port Forwarding" on your Router for Voobly NAT-T Port (16000 UDP)?

1. Could you please attach screenshots of your Router: Port Forwarded settings?
2. Are you using any Antivirus program on your system? if so make sure add exclusion list for Voobly.exe program file on it.
*Make ensure your computer's private IP Address of LAN (IPV4) matches your port forwarded rule.
