find and click your router. follow it through to the games section. find aoe. click it and follow the set up for port 47624only but use port 16000udp instead. apply/save.
i attached bothpictures of static ip address and my router NAT configuration so you can see i have already portforwarded those ports... besides, i run port tester from PFConfig and says that the port (16000 udp) isn't open
On your router:
1. under NAT -> open ALG page and Disable SIP and Save/Apply.
2. again under NAT -> open UPnP page and Disable it and Save/Apply.
Hope this helps, Cheers!
tienes algun av firewall adicional? que router o modem tienes marca y modelo
After forwarding the port correctly (clean network diagnostics results) we discovered: <disabled direct connections error>. At this point we knew that the router wasn't the problem, an application is in conflict with Voobly. After carefully looking through the applications we found an older version of AVG Antivirus running in the backround. After uninstalling it, the connection went direct.
