The mod seems to be crashing somehow the water, and it doesn't appears, causing out of sync on multiplayer matches and on editor mode

Hi Sector_X!

You should try highlight about this to that mod (Epic Textures) creator or contact AoM admin incharge: +BlackAdder_ and demand them to do something.
On the side note: Reading at that mod page comments - another user also reported the same thing as you mentioned. so it looks like graphic binary data files are being corrupted, better you disable and stop using that mod for awhile until they sort out.
