Invisible units behind walls

I have a problem with AoC on Windows 10 pro x64.

For some reason I can't see any units behind a wall, normally the villager would be outlined so you can still see it's behind a building. It's working on all normal buildings except walls. It's really annoying since I can't actually see or kill a villager when he's trying to place more walls and therefor I can't kill it.

Any solutions?

Thanks in advance.

Yeah but still it's not a solution to the bug I'm having, is this a known bug and is it fixable?

Hi,

1. Are you using any Visual (Graphical) Mods for your game play? If yes! try make disable them and see how it works.
2. Have you troubleshoot your game on offline and whats the result?

Resolution: Perform a clean reinstall your game again.
  • For reference (How-to-do), Follow our article:
    1. For Classic Version: #KB1019
    2. For Steam HD Version: #KB1054

Hope this helps. =)

I suggest small walls mod : http://www.voobly.com/gamemods/mod/587/Short-Walls

Most of the expert players are starting to use so it should be very helpful. However, You can also try these random suggestions to resolve it hopefully by:

*Setting game room like this
You must login into Voobly to view image

*While you are ingame, Click F10 then options and Make sure Graphics Quality are set to low instead of high.

*Try to chance your monitor colors to an eRGB profile OR a profile with low light colors (in case you have a monitor).

*Make sure you graphic drivers are updated.
