Cannot connect to Game lobby

I have never managed to join a game lobby.

I have voobly client installed. When I click on lobby name from the Game Browser ->> Game List , I get the following error when voobly tries to update itself:

1. voobly client tries to update,
2. voobly closes after downloading update
3. Error messsage:

This Program does not support the version of Windows your computer is running.

I have Win 7 64-bit. I have attached the step by step to producing the error in the docx

hi
if you have dual boot, you are booting in to the wrong operating system. voobly does not support win98, win 200 etc.
