When you are in the Admin Panel and fiddling around with stuff, it is important that none of you change any of the Lobby settings. By doing so, you will remove all previous customizations made to the lobby and features added from the server, since not everything can be modified through the Lobby settings option.

If you want to change the welcome message then contact a Game Management or a Game Moderator who then either redirects you to the right person or sorts it out him/herself.

For any other changes, like adding or removing ladders etc, you should talk to a Game Management or higher ranked staff member.
