Maybe you are referring to this: [You must login to view link]

On a side note: If this is another attempt of yours to prove in-game violations within unrated games, then I would say, this won't help you at all.

Either way good luck.

Are you suffering from something??

And as far as the policies are concerned, apparently, mods have the discretion to apply it to unrated games!!

thats interesting....

its like the police saying:
oh the burglar broke into your house?
Did he steal anything, can you check?
No, he didnt?
then its fine, let it go and move on!!

hahahahahah

This has been explained to you nearly a dozen times but I will do it again for the record.

Unrated games do not make any statistical changes to your account which is why all of our Banning and Rating policies only apply to rated games.

Secondly since you have been pushing this topic so much you must know that Voobly does not log any information about the game when its played unrated. This means that the only piece of evidence we have is your game recording which is not enough. You may think it is, but it's not.

That said, the acting moderator may warrant an action (which in most cases would probably be a warning at best).

I hope this has now been clarified.

Since none of the mods seem to be making a logical point, i will belabour my point further:

a. what information is required that you dont get from the game recording?
b. why is a match link so essential?
c. the recording clearly says, "Match was played on Voobly". Why is this not sufficient?
d. Rated or unrated, points lost or not, unethical behaviour is unacceptable. Voobly may choose to allow it in disguise or hide behind a feeble policy. Not sure how is this admissible!!!
e. and whats with this mod discretion, have the policy clear. This half-half thing is useless. Either clearly waive all unrated games from the policy or have them all included. Since "Statistics" are so important, you may as well exclude unrated games from the policy. Atleast it sounds logical and consistent.
