When spectating a game, I cant change the volume to up or down. The same for music.

Any change I make to the music will be available only for the next match, the sound of the game just doesn't alter.

Try disable run as admin mode and see if that helps.

-> Inside your game room at top under "Game" menu: Go to Windows Compatibility ► uncheck Run as administrator and start your game and try change the settings.
