error launching game help <DirectX tool is on -- if you experience pro

Hello,

I can't run the game as this error keeps popping up when the game starts.

<DirectX tool is on -- if you experience problems such as crashes it's recommended that you disable this tool in the "Game" menu.>

I tinkered with all the game room settings and none of them worked when the game launches.

What can I do?

Hello,

This is more of a warning than an error however, if you are unable to launch the game, I would suggest that you start by ensuring that your game room settings are 'exactly' as shown in the screenshot below:

You can verify this by hosting a game room in any lobby

If that does not work, reply with the following:

1. What game are you playing?

2. Please run the game diagnostics and share the outcome with me. You will find this option in here:
