Hi all,

I often get the fastproxy error and the diagnostic tool says everything is ok. I tried to add a port forwarding rule in my router but the problem is still there.

I'm not sure if I do it right, so I put a screenshot of how I did it. My internal IP is correct but for the rest, I'm not sure.

Thanks in advance for your help.

hi
can you give the make and model number of your router/modem or the router and modem? when forwarding you need use port forwarding or virtual server on the router admin pages, not port mapping.

That's kind of sensitive information there and would avoid as much as possible giving it publicly. Can't you just see if the port forwarding is correct ?

hi
nothing sensitive really. cannt tell from what you showed but looks like you used port mapping not forward/virtual server as it should be.
