Network Connection Error [Code: 40000001]. Connection errors are typically caused by a temporary server outage, a firewall, or a problem with your internet connection. If it's been a long time since you've connected to Voobly it's recommended that you redownload the client from the website.

I have already finished the following steps - anything else I can try?

Windows 7 and Win8

Navigate through to Control Panel > Windows Firewall
Click on "Advanced Settings" in the left-hand pane.
Click on "Inbound Rules" and then "New rule".
Select "Port", click next then select "udp" and enter "16000 as the local port.
Click next, and allow the connection.
Click next again, and ensure that "Domain", "Private" and "Public" are all ticked.
Name your firewall rule, then save it.

Hello,
What you can try is switch off your modem/router for 1min and then restart it and restart your computer, since this error is coming from your internet network.
