He told , he didn't know about that rule and he has also not been in any bad image till now in VCOM. I would like to reconsider him and have told him to reapply with a 0 Gamer account...(Problems??)

idc I just noticed when i was logged on. If hes not just using the acc to act big in rated games its no concern of mine what he does.
