I gave ban of course use and promotion of hack, when in fact I never use nor I think to use hacks. Any advice? Who do I have to ask for proof of the hack? With whom do I have to speak so they can give me a call? Thank you.

yes soo far we think its a bug from the last update and its giving false bans , we are waiting for leads comment on this and possible an update to fix this issue ,
