CANT JOIN NEW PLAYER LOBBY

I just made an account to play on voobly and I'm getting an error that states "you are not authorised to enter the new player lobby. This lobby is reserved for new players.". Why am I getting such error. I'm totally new to voobly can anyone help me to fix this error. I tried to play at RM/DM MS lobby all players are pro.

Help me to play with players of my level who are new to AOE.

f you want to find out why you are unable to access the new player lobby, post it in NPL Complaints forum or read the NPL Ban Criteria.
