hi
first turn off upnp on the router. apply and save. do the same on voobly settings.
looks to me as if your forwarding is wrong.
you seeem to have two router ip addresses: 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.1.1. which is the correct one? del the other.
and two pc private ip's: 109.94.121.65 and 192.168.0.105
plus none of what you have set up is activated.
[you need to tick the box]

this will show you how to set up that router: [You must login to view link]
[only 16000udp is needed. the how to shows old lan ports needed.]

Remove all of the rules that you currently have setup. Then add just one for your computers IP as Kitt suggested above (your will need to find your computers IP first). Open command prompt and type ipconfig, to know your IP address.

Also make sure upnp is disabled (on your router as well as on Voobly settings).

Next time you reply, please provide proper screenshots of the following:

1. Your port forwarding page on your router
2. Your UPNP settings on your router and Voobly
3. Network diagnostic results (full window)
