Fp problem

Hello,

as I got recommendation from Voobly help, I will shortly describe problem.
My connection was OK since I use Voobly, but few days ago I have started to be FP with many players. I don't know what has been changed. I forwarded port and nothing changed.
Firewall is not blocking Voobly. Anti-virus also don't block Voobly. I tried to disable anti-virus...same problem.
I have router CISCO EPC3928S.

If you have some idea, please let me know.

hi
not sure why you are using trigger settings. the port forwarding looks ok. you can check here [not the same model number] :[You must login to view link]
there is also a free app at bottom of the link page to see if the port is open.

Hi,

I did as it is written and still have problem. I used app and after diagnostic test I got msg: "Your port is NOT OPEN or not reachable".
Is it necessary to have static IP? I have dynamic, maybe this cause the problem.

hi
you can set the ip in the DHCP reservations. then use that for forwarding and it will not change. step1/DHCP: https://www.voobly.com/pages/view/134
what has changed recently as you were playing ok? neew isp, new equipment etc?
