I have AOE2HD from Steam.
I download the compatibility patch (below) and installed it, then loaded up Voobly.

edit
the up to date patch is here now: [You must login to view link]
However, I get the pop up saying the below:
Non-DirectPlay game path is 'c:\program files (x86)\steam\SteamApps\common\Age2HD'
Verifying 'ebueulax.dll' exists...
Verifying 'age2_x1\age2_x1.exe' exists...
Verifying 'language_x1_p1.dll' exists...
Verifying 'Sound\music.m3u' exists...
Sound\music.m3u was not found in its proper place.
Your version of the game is not compatible with Voobly.
You must install the most recent 1.0c compatibility pack for Age2HD
Click Yes to have Voobly install the patch for you.
I clicked yes, for the diagnostics, then scan again, which sends me back to the above text box.
I tried to manually go to the link that says:
You must install the most recent 1.0c compatibility pack for Age2HD
Click Yes to have Voobly install the patch for you.
but this link is dead(!?!?)
Despite going between the diagnostic screen & re scan screen several times....still now luck.
With everything above failing, I followed the below link to start again, and go through my steps slowly using IE (instead of Chrome)
Once again, I ran into the same issues as above. I tried searching for different patches, tried a few more...nothing worked.
Any ideas?
Thanks
