im getting this error while trying to connect to voobly have I been banned?

Network Connection Error [Code: 10000005]. Connection errors are typically caused by a temporary server outage, a firewall, or a problem with your internet connection. If it's been a long time since you've connected to Voobly it's recommended that you redownload the client from the website.

have uninstalled and reinstalled and tried to launch as admin did not work..

Hello, DDSurvivor.

Please make sure Voobly is allowed through Firewall or any other antimalware. Also make sure to open your ports to 16000 UDP.

Please try the above before doing the below.

If none of that works try the recommended action at the end:

I have done this, still nothing, put the application on allow all traffic

Hello you said you uninstalled and reinstalled. Please try it the way it shows in the clean install.
