Windows 7 taskbar is keep showing

I have windows 7 64bit operation system. When I start the game my taskbar is keep popup when its hiden mode. when i select my game from taskbar it will not show till next 20 minutes. I need solution for this or need help how to fix this issue.

Are you sure you are playing the game in window mode? If not, do so.

Please ensure that your game room settings are exactly like this:

You can verify this by hosting a game room in any lobby
