Hi
Voobly crashes in every 10-15-20 mins.

Error Code: "Network Connection Error [Code: 10000001]. Connection errors are typically caused by a temporary server outage, a firewall, or a problem with your internet connection. If it's been a long time since you've connected to Voobly it's recommended that you redownload the client from the website."

I read topics here about this problems, and what I've done alread is, that I fixed AoC and Voobly on WinFirewall and tried other router. Doesnt help so far.
I use win10 64x, and I am not the only one who use this internet, I mean we are 4 living in a flat, and devices such as Smartphones and Pcs, Notebooks are connected, temporary connected to one router. I also use a Notebook to play with.

I think maybe i should do this post forwarding thing, but i am not an expert, how to do. And maybe i need to upgrade something about my IP adress as well. To make it fix, but I also have no idea how to do it.

Thy for help.

hi
if you have a well used net connection that you describe, then you do need to use portforwarding.
this site has a range of tutorials on various routers that you can copy/read. remembering you only need to forward one port, 16000udp to the private ip of your pc: [You must login to view link]
[scroll down to see list.]
how to find your pc private ip and set it in the router dhcp so you get it each time at boot: https://www.voobly.com/pages/view/134 [step1 and dhcp]
on the router you can also set your game to get a higher priority of connection, from the qos page.

Hello +kitt
First of all thanks for your helping.

I found all guides how to make static IP and how to forward the router. I did set up the IP in Widows, but I couldn't open this port on my router. I did everything, how the [You must login to view link] says, I restarted the router even if it wasn't suggested and made test but it says the port is not open.
I have there another router (a TP-LINK,newer one), so this afternoot I'm gonna try that one.
I'll wirte here the results.

Hi
So I did what I could, but Voobly has the same probelm...
I attached some screenshots. (I don't show the total adresses, I erased the ends)
I fixed my IP, after I opened the port nad checked it, and it says the port is not opend. How? It is there or? How else should I "open a port"?
And i tried this DHCP stuff also, but it doesn't help.

Hi.
Yes it is a Router. Model number you can see on the screenshot.
TL-WR841N
And it connects to a Modem. The internet comes through the modem in the flat.

hi
thanks
its a straight modem.
you can connect your pc directly to the yellow port on the back of the modem, thus bye passing the router. [worth a try to see if it eliminates your problem] you may need to know what the log in details are to the isp.
your router address should be 192.168.1.1. your pc can be anything else in same subnet. if your firewall/AV are set up ok as well as your p/forwarding, losing connection may be down to the modem "blinking" its an old model. your current router should have a page showing logs of connection times and other things etc, worth a look to see if the router keeps reconnecting.
its worth turning your firewall off and seeing if that helps. if you have a AV to need to stop it loading to test.

The log is much longer, I did copy just this part.
I gonna connect my ISP and ask them to change the modem, I think it should be the answere to my question.
