Hi,

As the title states, I'm connected to the college internet, which is probably where the problem stems. It's a high-speed connection, so it isn't a lag problem.

Any help? Thanks.

talk to the admins there as theres not much you can do on your own.

What exactly should I tell them? Could using a VPN or proxy work instead?

Your system administrator has to create the following firewall rules:
