How to watch recorded game WITH Technology upgrades visible

Guys I want to be able to watch a recorded game but also to watch all the tech upgrades players do. Just like they do when they cast a game. A bar with the tech upgrade of the players appears on the upper right screen coloured with the players' colour. Is there a patch for this?
