i have the right version of the game and have installed it correctly but the game has an error when i launch a game, doesnt start

hi
please explain more precisely what happens, if possible a screen shot of the error. from options at the top of a game lobby, do the game and network diagnostic and show here.
off of voobly, does the game run ok?
do you have the game cd's?
