Can't connect to a game lobby?

Every time I try to connect to a game lobby it says "Lost connection to the server" try again in.... and it starts ticking down from 30 seconds?

I have been having this problem when trying to download the 3.0 patch, I wonder why?

What game and lobby are you playing in? Please provide the link to the patch you are trying to use.
