How can I create a scenario with a modded dataset?

How can I create a scenario with a mod? I don't know how to start the modded version of the game.

I tried with the quick host but it only lets me access the lobby without making me access the main menu.

There's an option to start in the single player menu under "game" in the top menu bar of the game room.
