Constant error 10000000x, voobly disconnects all the time while in gam

I log in and start playing a game. After a while voobly is always dropping, showing this error on the title.
Sometimes i dont drop from the game, but other times i drop, even tho my connection is fine. If the other player(s) does not save i end up loosing points on rated games.

Been playing aoc and on voobly since forever, what could i do to fix that?

Thanks

It happened to both udp port 5000 and 16000 here is the network diagnosis game. Other friends, from other cities, are having the same issue aswell.

This is more likely a problem with your ISP (loosing data packets) or possibly a faulty router. You should inspect the problem closely by running a ping test. Keep a ping window constantly running while you are in game and check for packet losses at the exact instance you drop.

I also suggest showing us your NAT configuration in router with screenshots. In doing so, I hope we can figure it out together.

Best regards,
Eric

Hi, what ip should i ping?
I play other games, including online fps without any problem.

here are the ports i opened, have tested a combination of them, including only the 16000 udp, still drops, sometimes more, sometimes less but always drops.

Remove [You must login to view link] for starters and check again if that is your actual IPv4 adress.

1. Open CMD and type "ipconfig".

2. Locate your Ipv4 adress. E.g:

IPv4. . . . . . . . . : 192.168.X.XX

3. Add the Ipv4 adress to NAT configuration

Cheers :)

You should [You must login to view link], otherwise you will have to follow the same procedure each time you reboot the PC.

Apart from that it's unfortunately nothing we can do on our end.
My recommendation is to switch out the router as it may be the root of the problem.
You can also give your ISP a call. See what they say about it :)

Regards,
Eric
