Erro de Conecção da rede [Código: 10000001]. Erros de conecção são normalmente causados por uma interrupção temporária do servidor, uma firewall, ou um problema com a sua conecção à rede. Se não tem estado a conectar-se com o servidor Voobly é aconselhável baixar e instalar novamente o cliente a partir do site.

Please follow the instructions below.

NAT configuration

1. Login to your router.
2. Navigate to your routers port forwarding section, also frequently called virtual server.
3. Type 16000 and use protocol UDP.
4. Double check your Ipv4-adress and make sure it's right
5. Test your ports, either by port checker/network diagnostics or by joining game rooms

Make an exception for Voobly in your antivirus software and firewall settings

1. Locate: System and Security -> Windows Defender Firewall > Allowed Applications
2. Find Voobly and tick the boxes for public and private
3. Save by pressing OK.

Hi,

The problem remains.

Look it:

Starting networking diagnostics...

Your local network port (UDP) is 16000. All game traffic is routed through this port. This can be changed in "Settings" -> "NAT Traversal".

I requested technical assistance from the provider.

The technician changed the modem / router and the issue was resolved.
