Watching mode, the technology display in the upper right corner is gone. How can I set it back?

You can modify this option using two ways:

1) Ctrl+shift+S
2) Writing in your ingame chat !overlaysettings

Are you sure you have enabled the mod? Please, go to any lobby, host a room and go to Game > Visual Contents / Mods and check if Spectator Overlay is enabled (should have a tick on it)
