You can also temporary disable the community watch scanner. Check if you can search how to add an exception to a website in the ESET page.

I was able to install the userpatch inside the steam folder of the game. But now I get this error. Any idea what to do?

I believe there seems to be an issue with your install directory. Your game is installed in D: where i think your patch is going to C:. Best way to fix this would be a clean install by following [You must login to view link]

Once you correct the path of game install and the patch goes to the right directory, it should all work. For virus issue, you may add exception to this download as other Mod suggested.
