Ok guys i have discussed the roster lock with a number of you and have come to a conclusion. For the seeded teams xcs, eot, dy and boomers you will have 24 hours until roster lock from when the maps where released. So that gives you until the Monday the 17th of feb at 6pm gmt. At this point and no exceptions made u wont be able to add to your team.

For the non seeded teams rb, ic, simply and 300 you will have until Friday the 1st of march at 6pm gmt until there is a roster lock for you. To be clear as well as this may happen non seeds will be able to take players from the seeded teams. They wont be allowed to switch back to the seeds and it needs to be clear who they are if they do move. I will check and people will get punished if they attempt to play for 2 teams along with the team. So for example if say someone plays for a team then hops bk and plays for another team they will be banned from the tourney and that team will be given a loss for the game they played in. One team only, you can only play for one team let me be clear. Please help me by making sure you dont have members hoping around as i dont want to have to enforce punishments i want this tourney to be as smooth as possible.

Also and i know some have asked when are we starting. The plan is to get the groups and map packs done this week coming. Obviously we cant begin scheduling until we have both. So if we can get both sorted for this week coming and knowing teams will be given 2 weeks to agree to a schedule the first cut off time for games will be on the 8th of march at 6pm gmt if we can get groups and map packs done this week coming. I can diffently sort the groups so if we can get the map packs sorted thats the plan.
