Logro crear la partida y pueden unirse a ella varias personas sin problema, pero al llegar el minuto 15 no llega la primera oleada de ataque, y pareciera que el juego queda estancado ahí, alguien podría darme una mano con esto, no se si el escenario este fue creado para alguna versión en particular del AoC o si estoy poniendo algo mal en las características del inicio de partida.

It seems you are not starting the game with the correct startup settings. For tower defence type of games, you will usually need to add computer players as well as make sure the teams and diplomacy options are set correctly. All of this is assuming you are hosting the correct version of the map. If the map was edited/ altered, you are likely to see unexpected results.
