Could not find game installation directory -- please join a lobby and run game diagnostics

voy a diagnostico del juego y me sale que todo esta bien
alguien que me ayude :c

Hola,

1) ¿Tenés algún antivirus instalado?
2) Por favor copia y pega los resultados del diagnóstico del juego.
3) ¿De qué fuente obtuviste el juego? fue por una descarga de internet, Steam, CD...?
4) ¿El juego te funciona si lo ejecutas de forma offline (sin Voobly)?
