i found this picture from an voobly user player
looks interesting i save it
but now i want to know if it possible for me to make it too

Hi.

The mod is called Spectator Overlay, which you can find here :
https://www.voobly.com/gamemods/mod/487/Spectator-Overlay

Of course, this works when you watch a recorded game from your game room on Voobly.
