This is indeed a proper resolution using Microsoft's update of definition.
I wish this was the 1st answer instead of exclusions which led to so much branching of threads.
Anyhow, I can tell that Chris really worked passionately to get this resolved by his team within 2 days which is remarkable. Chris's communication was honest also. Great guy and leader who runs this.
