Unable to watch recordings of some of the games

some of the games are not having complete recordings they are coming out when game is paused, ex: https://www.voobly.com/match/view/23625963

Make sure to enable UP 1.5 RC and DE Balance - Allied Mod before watching the recorded game file.

it's saying "an error occurred while starting the game" popup by the mentioned settings. I am on macbook pro bootcamp windows
