Help me choose the correct options, I am new to this!

You have to create a port forwarding / DNAT rule that points to your local ip address on 16000 UDP.

I am lost, there is no option to do any of these can you look at the image and guess which one it is. I have tried a lot!

You can try [You must login to view link], they got steps oriented for your router to port forward
or you can look up on google
