Please, create your own thread when you need support, so the Mods can help you deal with it.
Also remember to always explain what's happening, from where did you get your game (internet, Steam, E-Store, etc), what's happening? Have you already launched the Game Diagnostics from the Voobly client? In case you already played a few games here, since when did this started happening? Can you attach screenshots to help them understand a little bit better about your issue?
Mods will be delighted to help you, but always remember they need you to be precise and informative as best as you can.
