Not the first time this users has this issue, he does constantly with others. He drops on purpose when he is loosing and still voobly gave him a victory

He got the points because you were the one who dropped (not him). In 1v1 games when you drop, your game may tell you otherwise because it's running locally on your computer and cannot connect to the other player. This is a lot easier in 2v2, 3v3 or 4v4 games because there you will see every other player disconnecting (when YOU drop) and that is a clear indicator that you lost your internet connection, not them.

If this happens quite frequently, you might want to check your internet connection.
