Fixing FP without forwarding Voobly NAT-T? Not possible. Now seeing, that your IP changes every few minutes, I assume you are using a mobile connection. What you need is a stable DSL or Cable connection.

It depends on the provider and the country. Since his ip address keeps changing every five minutes, he is forced to use a VPN. He must make sure, that the VPN ip address is the same, when he disconnects and reconnects again (after five minutes).
