When I join a room that has a mod which isn't in my mod list, it starts to automatically download but once it reaches 100% a dialogue box appears, saying "File Access Error".

I tried downloading the same mods from the website but the same thing prompts again 24..

There is a folder called Voobly Mods in your game directory. Look for the mod you are unable to download / update and delete the existing subfolder. Now it should download and extract properly.

I deleted the "DE Balance - Allied Vision" folder and tried to redownload it.. it downloads but fails to extract (i think).

Is it possible that you disabled the User Account Control (UAC)?

Well when I click open Voobly, a UAC dialogue pops up asking me to permit the application to make changes.. And I don't have any other way than allowing it 11 is that wrong?

What's your operating system? If you are on Windows 10, please give me the exact build number in Start > Run > winver. Thank you.

Where to find the patch v1.5 de balance? I couldn't find it anywhere active in voobly website. And also I couldn't match any searches in web. But the voobly rooms are using this patch very often.

Just join a game room that is using the mod and it will be downloaded automatically.
