bad server connection but diagnostics show no error

When I enter voobly, it says that it cannot connect to the server. But I can enter the Lobby afterwards. However, when the game starts, it throws me out of the game. What should I do?

Please run the game and network diagnostics from the menu in a game lobby and paste us the results. Thank you. :)
