Port Forwarding

I recently moved, and now I am often FP when I enter game rooms. When I run network diagnostics, sometimes it says I have a good connection, and other times it says:

Test Result: Not Forwarded
Network Health: Warnings found but probably OK
Recommended Action: if you experience networking problems such fast proxy then port forwarding is recommended. The only port you need to forward is UDP port 16000 on Voobly you do NOT need the direct play ports 2300-2400 and 47624.
Details: You were able to receive traffic on the same port from all the servers, however, you were not able to receive data on the port configured in the Voobly client settings. It is recommended you forward this port in your router to the PC you use to play.

I'm just using the internet that came with my apartment, but maybe I need my own internet service? I don't know anything about this stuff. ;stern

Create a new port forwarding rule for UDP 16000 and point it to your computer's local ip address.

Start > Run > cmd > ipconfig > IPv4 Address (usually starts with 192.168.***.***)

I'm really technologically challenged, can you tell me what to do for service port, internal port, and common service port.

Service Port: 16000
IP-Adress: your computer's local ipv4 address starting with 192.168.
Internal Port: 16000
Protocol: UDP
Status: Enabled

That should do the trick. :)

You can ignore the Custom Service Port. If you fill out all the other fields, you should be fine. Can you please upload a screenshot of the error message you are getting?

I am not getting an error message, I am just finding that I am still FP to most, now possibly with a greater incidence than before. The Network Diagnostics test on voobly still gives me the same results, sometimes 'All Tests Passed' and other times the 'Not Forwarded' message that I posted at the top of this thread.

Once the Port Forwarding rule is in place, please paste us the output of the Network Diagnostics and a screenshot of the created port forwarding rule. Thank you. :)
