Fast Proxy Problem

Hi I play aoe1 at the Babylon lounge. Most of the time my connection will turn into fast proxy after about 5 to 10 mins. Once in a while the connection will be okay for a game, but most times I will end up with fast proxy connection with multiple players. I have tried playing with NAT Traversal setting but to no avail. I have even tried port forwarding in my router settings but still it is not helping. Do you know what is going on and what I can do to fix this problem? Thank you.

The diagnostics all passed. Doesn't show anything wrong at all.what do I do now?

Found it! You now have an IPv6 address, but you require an IPv4 address on your WAN. Please get in touch with your ISP.

Thank you, I will get in touch with my ISP and get it sorted out. Hopefully that will fix it. I will post an update once it's done.
