What exactly isn‘t working? Any error messages?
Your game diagnostics result looks weird, as it does not show the path, where the game has been installed to.

At first i get this message (see image), then i run game diagnostics, i have aoe 2 hd installed

Also Voobly does not run with double click on shortcut, i have to run the installation file to open it, but i got all the updates.......strange
I also have tried uninstall/reinstall both game and voobly client

How can you have AoE II HD installed if you don‘t use Steam?

downloaded .iso, and burnt it on dvd

This won't work for multiplayer, as the Steam dependencies are missing, furthermore we are not providing technical support for pirated copies of the game. If you still have the old game AOK + AOC, here is the self-help article:
