Could you please check in your router configuration, which ip addresses have been assigned to your WAN port?
Code:
IP Address 2806:***:7001:***:49aa:***:205b:*** Today, 6:53 am IP Address 187.***.***.2 Today, 5:19 am

It could also be related to the IPv6 address.

Okay, that explains it. IPv6 only connection. Everything is configured properly, but it doesn't work because DPlay expects an IPv4 address and is unable to handle IPv6 addresses. Please call your ISP and ask them to assign you an IPv4 address.

I alrady call them, they said they can not assign me an ipv4 beacuse that assing my pc , i asj}k for a static ip and they say they dont have taht serivice any onther idea

Then you have no other choice than using a VPN services that assigns an IPv4 address or you consider switching to another ISP that supports IPv4 addresses.

Honestly? I'd consider a different ISP rather than using any VPN service. They are a privacy nightmare and making tons of money with additional advertisements and worse...

You are welcome. This can be a pain the ****, I also had to switch my internet contracts to a different ISP years ago, as they were no longer providing any IPv4 ip addresses.
