is there any possibility that i can block ipv6 connection on my laptop?

It's the IPv6 address assigned by your ISP at your gateway. Not any local ip addresses.

but if i disable IPv6 in my laptop wont it bring any change to it?

You are welcome mate. Once you have your IPv4 only assiged, I can help you forwarding the port in your router and you can throw away that annoying VPN.

but i came to know that government has forced the ISP's in india to turn towards IPv6 thats why they are using IPv6, so without static IP i guess i cant fix this problem , if you have any idea to bypass this issue then feel free to help me ;drool

There is no way to bypass this. Simply get a static ip address which should cost like five bucks per month.

yep i was also trying to purchase static IP , but suddenly my port block issue got resolved by itself , can you check from your end what changes my ISP have done ?

I cannot see any changes from our end, you still have that IPv6 address.
