Can we find answers relating game problems like age of empires 2 hd or AOC conversions in here([You must login to view link])? Or we can solve it only on this website?

No, their website is about Age of Empires 2019 (Definitive Edition). On Voobly we are playing Age of Empires II 1998.

Microsoft has removed the ability to join IP games with DE. You cannot even play a game without being forced using their servers. If Microsoft stops providing match making for DE e. g. by shutting down their servers, then the game is dead. This is the reason why we are still using the good old Age of Empires II (1998) on Voobly.
