Start > Run > type "cmd" > right-click on Command Prompt > run as Administrator

Execute the following commands:
dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
sfc /scannow

Then reboot. You may have to re-install Voobly Client again.

Don't use the translate feature in your browser... those English commands are working on any Windows OS.

I already deleted the game and voobly. I don't have anything.

download, install voobly and it still freezes when starting
