I can't log into voobly anymore. I tried deleting and reinstalling Voobly, restarted my PC and router and kept the firewalls deactivated. I can only get in using a VPN connection, but obviously it's much slower.
Any solution to play normally as before without using a VPN server? Thanks in advance.

1x5 or 5x0 are client side issues, e. g. unable to resolve DNS names or an AntiVirus / Firewall blocking outgoing traffic. Try rebooting your router e. g. unplug and replug the power cable for 10 seconds.

Thanks Chris, I did what you suggested, but the problem persists. Do you have any other advice please? Could I have been banned?

Please show me the output of
Start > run > type "cmd" > click enter

nslookup client.voobly.com

AND (this may take a while)

tracert client.voobly.com

Take two screenshots and upload them here at the forums. Click reply instead of using quick reply below and upload both files.
