I reinstalled the game a week ago, it is impossible to play again, I'd like to know what is the best config on on Voobly client or on the Nvidia Control Panel, my specs are:

Intel 14900KS
Z790-F gaming
64 GB Ram
2TB SSD
RTX 3080
Windows 11 Pro

Do you have any troubleshooting guide?

I'm not getting any error messages but a lot of stuttering, this is not a PC performance issue but a game one, it seems I have to configure something at the Nvidia control panel, but I wanna make sure what is best. after 10 minutes the game starts to stutter, I can't play decently with this brand new PC, it is not lag, cause I have a 3 gbps connection, and I tested during games at least 1.5 gbps. When selecting military units or when moving villagers the screen is very slow. I read somewhere this happened to someone but solved it moving things on the Nvidia Control panel, but I can't make it work. I already disabled game hardware acceleration on Voobly.

I forgot to mention that when this happens while playing or expecting a game, the first symptom is that villagers are very laggy when working, and the longer the game is, the worse the gameplay becomes...

Villagers don't move as usual, and when selecting options it takes a long time to open the options menu.

Good morning.

When I enter Voobly, it appears that my account has a punishment for behavior, but like, if I don't have friends and I don't chat with anyone in this application, what I want is to play and not let me in. Chris@voovbly argued that I block it, why are you blocking my account?
Please help because it seems like you are discriminating against me without knowing why I can't enter.
I remain attentive and thank you for your collaboration.
